In 1993, 30 years ago, number 0 of El Setiet, the informative bulletin of the Puçol School Museum, saw the light of day. El Setiet is an informative magazine that collects news and articles on the activities carried out by the museum.

This magazine has become an organ of the first magnitude for the dissemination of the traditional culture of the municipality of Elche and its surroundings. For this reason we dedicate this year 2023 to celebrate its 30th anniversary, exposing in the thematic showcase those issues and articles that have caused the most impact among its readers.

The specimens exhibited in this first showcase “The field as a protagonist. The first numbers of El Setiet” (0, 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7, published between 1993 and 1997) collect a selection of texts on traditional uses and customs of the countryside.
