The activity focuses on cultural visits and participatory workshops, and brings the project to municipalities throughout the province

The Center of Traditional Culture School Museum of Pusol carried out during the past months of January, February, March and April the project "Pusol: culture, tradition, memory in Elche". This program focused on the organization of guided tours, which cover both the temporary and permanent exhibition spaces of the center, as well as those areas of the facilities that are not usually shown, such as libraries or the warehouse. In this case the guides were exercised by the monitors of the Center, with the help of the students of the College of Pusol, habitual protagonists of this Pedagogical Project of recovery of culture.

In addition to the visit, this cultural activity also included demonstrations and craft workshops such as the braiding of white palm and the braiding of chopped esparto for the manufacture of setiets.

The Pusol School Museum, despite residing in Elche, seeks to disseminate initiatives beyond its locality, since it is a Heritage of all, it is the living memory of the entire province. For this reason, this activity was enjoyed by members of associations and collectives of municipalities in the province of Alicante, of smaller size and population, which have difficulties in displacement.

The Provincial Council of Alicante has collaborated in the realization of this activity that disseminates, about and makes accessible the cultural heritage that safeguards the School Museum of Pusol. A enhancement of the cultural territory of the province, in cooperation with the public administration.
